HELSINKI, June 27 (Reuters) - Finnish Nokia , the world's largest mobile phone maker, is
to make a presentation on the third-generation (3G) mobile phone market for analysts in
London on Tuesday.

"There's a general presentation about 3G and how Nokia views 3G and the 3G market,"
Nokia Networks spokeswoman Arja Suominen told Reuters.

She said it would start at 0900 GMT, would be attended by Nokia middle-management
and was open to financial analysts but not to the media.

Third-generation mobile communications standard, due for launch in coming years, will
give mobile phones high-speed connections to the Internet and offer video-conferencing,
and other multi-media services.

Runner-up Nokia is fighting head on with Sweden's Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson ,
the world's top mobile networks maker, for control of the third-generation market which is
expected to explode in coming year
