Dead on, Scott. Human resources defy comparison. Also it is not just the President but the fact that the entire management team is still almost intact. I only hope that there are sufficient numbers of privately owned companies around that can still be bought for reasonable prices.

Curiously enough, KWE over valuation for these purposes would in fact be beneficial.
