I read your first post on the PfE thread. I did not find it offensive. As a matter of fact I found it rather civil, as many has posted about their particular belief system. I seen no problem with your posting yours. I do understand why others responded to you the way they did. You came in during their time of concern for a friends life and brought with you all the baggage from previous threads and posts. But you really crossed the line with the second post. Immediately upon reading it, I was one person that requested it be deleted. It was cruel and unkind. You address this thread asking them to be understanding of what happened, by trying to justify your actions. Why don't you tell them the entire story. Tell them that you called the deceased a particular name, and further went on to play God, by announcing where Edwarda would spend eternity. (Which we all know is not information any of us are privy too...as we did not know what was in her heart, or how she spent her last breathing moments.) Not only do we not know, but we are commanded not to Judge. Your actions no way reflected what Jesus would have done. You and I have discussed this via PM's to some degree. It is so tempting to want to post them publicly, which I will not do. I do wonder why you have not replied to my last PM....I am hoping it is because as "Nancy" also suggested in her reply to this message, that you have taken sometime to rethink the post that was deleted and how you handled it.
I was glad for your suspension.....You were totally out of line. And it was not just about offending the Non-Christian members of SI...but the Christians as well.
You did not glorify the Lord at all in your post. IMHO
