(NASDAQ: ESNI; www.e-syncnet.com), a leading provider of e-business-to-business applications and integration services, today announced that Jonathan Rubin, Chief Executive Officer, has assumed the title of President, and that Vice President of Marketing Michael Clark has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Rubin joined E-Sync Networks as CEO in January. As President and CEO of the company, he is responsible for charting its course in the B2B integration market, overseeing its strategic growth, and creating value for shareholders. Before joining E-Sync Networks, Rubin was COO of TeleChoice, President of InfoCom, a subsidiary of NFO Worldwide, Inc., and President of Southern New England Telephone's (SNET) General Consumer Group. Under his leadership, InfoCom achieved profitability, and SNET became the No. 2 long-distance carrier for Connecticut consumers.
Clark joined E-Sync Networks as Vice President of Marketing in March. As COO, he is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day operations and working with Rubin to raise E-Sync Networks' profile in the B2B integration market. Before joining E-Sync Networks, Clark was CEO of NetValue, where he gained valuable experience in the e-commerce space. He also served as President of TSS, Ltd. and Managing Director of Citicorp POS.
