Bunny Protection?

EFCX got a nice plug in the July 3 issue of Business Week (Inside Wall Street, p. 163).

Granted that zinc-air batteries are nifty and likely to sell well in the hand-held and cell phone markets, what proprietary advantage(s) does EFCX have? Patents? Lead time? What is to prevent the "Energizer Bunny" (and every other battery manufacturer) from marching in and taking this zinc-air market away from EFCX?
