my recollection is that the receivables were converted to a longer term financing package. snyder, i believe, has added the package on top of the receivables, which appears to be double counting in part. it's largely the same money. however, we don't know how much Qcom invested in G* partnerships, which adds exposure. also, didn't loral guarantee half of the financing package?
