JON, here in my neighbourhood same: I get requests from brokers
all the time in the last 8 years to sell my home.
I am waiting. I believe I can get double of the current already high price.
There is no inventory....
By the time I sell it I believe I will have made 4000%
on my initial down payment,

I have a friend in real estate who says the ONLY problem with this market in this Newport Beach area is there is NO inventory. No, nada, nothing to sell, there's a line of buyers and renters.....
And that's with little inflation too!!<ggg>
I'm thrilled with my properties appreciation.... I remember 1993, 83, 73, Oh well, age cure most, and adds others. Smile, as my mom would say....it could be worse!
