You know what pisses me off about the Titanic? Pretty much everyone could have been saved if there had been enough lifeboats. I believe that everyone who made it to a lifeboat was rescued. So even if they could have climbed the berg, they couldn't have got to it. I could go into more detail, but I won't. It's not a happy story. It wasn't the iceberg that killed those people, it was the stupid fcking company that was too damn cheap to care about safety. Pisses me off, BIGTIME. Very much like the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory. It wasn't the fire that killed those women, it was the locked doors to the fire escape. Again, the stupid fcking company that didn't give a damn about safety. Makes me mad. Makes me want to SUE someone. Grrrr.
