Speaking of "arbitrary justice", Janet has decided that WCOM/FON merger isn't good for us. WorldCom (WCOM) 40 1/2 +3: The U.S. Department of Justice advised WorldCom this morning that it intends to file suit to block its $129 billion merger with Sprint (FON 57 3/8 -2 3/16).
