I can tell you that in the case I was referring to, I called the Exchange every week and got....NOTHING!!!! There was one really nasty lady???? there...I think her first name was Angela (aximoron):>).... You could call the compliance department and go fishing....Alternatively...I would identify myself as a shareholder and see if you could get an address to send a registered letter demanding to know in what regard the company was not in compliance.... It is VERY frustrating....You feel like a mushroom (kept int he dark and covered with....you know)...
