it is very simple the Gov prefers to try to stop T and MSFT and they don't see if they grow too large they will shoot themselves in the foot and have to spin off anyway, wasted time and dollars.
The literature that is available on food one doesn't want to believe as it hurts the pocket book of those that can't afford. So how do many feed their children when the price is beyond means? It is a vicious cycle where protection is needed, there is no protection.
