Earlier today, TransNet issued a press release to announce its third
quarter 1997 results, which were frankly somewhat disappointing.
On the following chart I have included my own projections for the
quarter for comparison purposes:

Over the year and a half that I have been following TRNT, I have
learned to discount gains and shortfalls in its revenue, because of
the impact of low-margin hardware sales. However, the growth in
TRNT's net income has been more consistent in the past, so this
slight shortfall raises concerns.

after I receive the Company's 10-Q Report for the quarter, and will
