Good post Realist...

Most of these shells are dogs. In a hot penny market shells moved because everything moved. And with shells you have or had a lot of leverage because shares were cheap. .01-.05 stocks ran easily for doubles and more.

But in this lousy penny market the shells are collapsing. Many of us are holding shells at much higher prices like GZON, EKSIA, REDI, VSSI, SNLV. They are dogs with fleas. As Realist smartly pointed out most will reverse merge but only after a major reverse split like EKSIA.

There are too many other solid penny stocks that are very low now to invest in. But buyer beware because even news doesn't help. One of my favorite pennies UNDY gets a large Boeing contract today and the stock falls.

As Realist said IIMC is a clean shell which will not reverse split and news is expected shortly on a reverse merge. This stock has gone over a dollar before on speculation. In my opinion a very good buy at this level.
