Paul, Sorry to the confusion. INTEL has a bank of patents. I think it can use it either protect herself from the lawsuit or fire it back DEC if the patent were infringed by DEC too. IMO, DEC has prepared the lawsiut long enough. I think they have think about the wordst plan. Apprently the got MSFT first and this is solved before the court. MSFT has bowed to DEC and given money to fund DEC's project. I hope the damage to INTEL can be as minimal as well. -Henry
