preoccupation with gaps is not worth your time
no hard fast rules apply in TA
if we didnt break below 60 in early June, then mid-June,
then I sincerely doubt we will at all
we saw 40 million shares on a cataclysmic decline twice
and 60 held up well under such extreme pressure

I got back into QCOM only because 60 held those climactic days

here is another tidbit TA factoid
60 is a 5/8 decline from 160, enough, plenty, giveitabreak
