Ruffian: While your comment about the financing of this IPO in direct competition with Qualcomm was gentle, this does show perhaps why the likes of Snyder, Cabi et al have such a "professional" interest (as in the oldest profession) to promote a.b.q. that is "anything but Qualcomm" and that is that Qualcomm does not need their financing "services" (at big bucks) because there is no way that Qualcomm with its huge cash generating power needs Wall Street Brokers, Bankers or their ilk.

So this may go a long way to explain why there is such consistent trashing of Qualcomm on the "street" and the old line investment houses. The Q doesn't need them and therefore they throw their "analysis" toward those that do.

Just speculation of course.
