I don't wonder about that. I firmly believe that this case will be sent to the appeals court and will be a non-event pretty soon (1-1.5 years). In the meantime, .Net will be all done and I think the consumers will like what Microsoft will deliver. In the incestuous world of business, Microsoft has no friends. Consumers are the only friends Microsoft has and they will be happy. Why are you afraid of .NET ?
