Rocky,
<<He said, in his thick Polish accent, "I don't like it. I lose files on it a lot.">>

This sounds like fiction. We don't need to know the guys nationality to examine facts.

Until recently the "small" company I work for had 50,000 PC's and 8,500 MAC's. We recently switched to a COE (common operating environment) and migrated all the files stored on MAC's over to WindowsNT.

The computer techs came in and copied everyones hard drive on to a Jaz disk and the copied this for archiving on CD ROM.

It was all rather painless.

Paul
