Craig, I'm not familiar with ECNC except I must conclude that it has been mentioned 100 times by your friends and therefore it is a guarantee to do the same thing. So it COII is going to $20 as several shorts are prepared for, then I am prepared to ride it to $20 and get out. Out of 16,000 stocks out there, can you name any others that dropped from $20 to $1 overnight.

I admit being an amateur of only 13 years of investing in the stock market as I seldom ever buy a stock with out solid earnings growth and COII is only one of about 4 OTC-bb stocks I have ever bought.

The last guarantee I heard was Joe Granville following the DOW drop in 1987 from 2600 (where I first got into the market) to 1700 and he said it was going to 1000. I sold and it turned out to be the bottom (sort of like Elaine G. said she had never missed a bear market and just as she called one the market bottomed and hardly looked back. My amateur days was when I listened to hype. Sure I read what you all had to say and thought you might have some merit last week and sold my COII just above $9 and then all the slamming took it to support at 7 3/4 and it finishes today at $11 - thanks a lot! Had I ignored the noize I would be a lot farther ahead today instead of being conservative.

But I want to see what happens the next couple of days and remain on the sidelines. If it does go to $20 and I was short it sure wouldn't help me sleep at night. Remember the Rambus shorts a couple weeks ago who went to bed congradulating each other and it gapped up over $20 from 62 and a double since then with the fire sale - they were probably told it would open at $1 the next day, I don't know. Not my modus operendi.

Cheers and good luck,

Bruce
