one of the companies that velocity capital has invested in is called cubits and guess who is on that board.....our very own cutster, John Kiester...... that being a good new tag for him, "kustser Kiester" would seem to be doing a bit of moonlighting himself...I thought I was on to something here but turns out the company really does not fit in with go2net's big b plan so it just looks like these guys are trying to make enough to afford a lot on the water in Mercer Island which I now here is going for a cool 4 million....here is a portion of an excerpt I found

SEATTLE - November 16, 1999 - Cubitz.com, the revolutionary new online solution for companies seeking business space, announced today that it has added key members to its Board of Directors and management team, as well as secured additional angel financing. These events help to position the company for the launch of its Web site, www.cubitz.com, in early 2000.
"We are pleased to be adding significant Internet, business and industry leaders, such as John Keister and Robert Heller, to our board and in filling out our management team," said Ryan Allison, CEO of Cubitz.com. "We are well-positioned to achieve our key business goal of becoming the premier online channel for companies searching for business space."
In 1996, Keister co-founded Go2Net, a network of branded, technology- and community-driven Web sites, and was the COO until he became the company's president in January 1999. Prior to Go2Net, he served as the president and COO of ViewCom Technology International, Inc., a computer software developer. Keister also managed European marketing operations for Dorian International, Inc., a New York-based export management company.
