I'm not sure if people have seen this or not, but here is an excellent presentation given by Geoff Moore. He's a very persuasive speaker. It's old though ( I think from 1998) . . . . eloquent.com (I was researching Eloquent (ELOQ) and saw it on their website--not trying to tout ELOQ, in which I have no position--but their product does look pretty impressive to me). For anyone who's never seen Geoff perform, I'd encourage you to check it out. Lots of GG concepts explained in very plain English. Yamakita
