Shorts were quiet confident in making a killing off Rambus and it backfired. Point, does ECNC 100% equal COII. It would appear there is absolute certainity on the bb that it will follow identically? There is only one certainty on this earth - it is appointed unto man once to die and then the judgement. Early presumption was than I am an amateur if I take a long position in COII (which I am not ready too) and a true professional would be shorting COII as that is gambling to take a long position. At this point I remain neutral and don't have a short or long position. He who laughs first laughs last - so I am waiting to see who has the last laugh as it most likely won't be at my expense. Hope that clarifies my point. Bruce
