Coincidentally another take over is being attempted in Australia by Aber's JV partner . Some of you might be interested to see how the announcement should be done by a much more open outfit. It's not a diamond deal but it is a $2 billion deal.

Interesting to note that they still feel economies of scale can be found (critical mass without religious connotation Will).
