yes...there may be some spare capacity left in Saudi Arabia, but that's not likely to be more than 1,2m bpd after the recent quota hike. and the remainder of OPEC, which has been running full tilt for months now doesn't want that to get on-line.
another interesting development is that both Norwegian and Venezuelan oil workers are threatening a strike. even a small, two-week long strike would bring the tenuous supply/demand balance close to a crisis point imo. currently the market is banking on those strikes being averted though. we'll see...
