Here we go again..."next on Squawk Box, the wife of WWF wrassling promoter Vince McMahon will be on to promote the upcoming SmackDown 58..."

Thousands of publicly-traded companies out there with great stories to tell, yet we get a once-a-month appearance from the World Wrestling Federation.

You don't suppose all of this favorable CNBC treatment towards WWF has anything to do with NBC's contract to broadcast the WWF's XFL football league do you? Just seems weird that pro wrasslers are on Squawk so much...all we need is Matt and Katie and it will indeed be the Today Show. What's next for Squawk--a daily "Stupid Pet Tricks" segment?
