I'm not buying anything, I wouldn't buy PWER it has run too far too fast, I would wait till it based some, or some fundamental news comes out from the company, other then news that is stock action based from an analyst. IRF looks sloppy and toppy, where as CHP ok, now why didn't you tell me about that one before??? <g>> I have to look into CHP. pe 38 why is still so low. LOL Greg
