Could you clarify your position. I see no reason why Telesp would have trouble catching CDMA providers with a 2 year head start. After all, WAP for handsets is simply the microbrowser technology with no IPR that PHCM offers.

There has been some discussion by Nokians that WAP is some sort of competitive threat to CDMA just like EDGE and GPRS. They may be referring to something else ... or maybe not. However, when WAP is being introduced for CDMA handsets in Brazil, we are only talking about the microbrowser.
