Yields, according to the Pluvia report "approval" for the individual modules just means FDA affirms that the submission is complete and proper, The FDA, the report continues, doesn't actually examine the data until all the modules (apparently there are five of them) are submitted.

Of course pointing all that out would be just sticking some truth in the way of a good hype job. Can't have that.
