They dont say what air interface they plan to use but if they need 10Mhz blocks then I doubt it is Qualcomm's narrow band CDMA. When I first started following this stock in 95/96 QCOM's 'natural home' was in the 40's ( pre -split ). Are you looking for the 40's as an entry point?
