Hi Gerry, we are not working directly towards an IPO at this time. We are well funded, but privately. We have however, kept the company structured such that an IPO is a very viable option a little further down the road. At the moment our primary focus is staying on course to commence shipment of our commercial version of the 2km system in September of this year.
