Intel Announces Pentium© 4 Brand Name For New Microprocessor I guess that is the reason for AMD's weakness right now. Not that its really news (everyone knew that the Pentium 4 was coming), nor that it will have any immidiate effect on AMDs bottom line (You can't buy a P4 system now, and I imagine there will not be many of them selling until Q4 or even 2001) but annoncements like these can still have an effect. I just sold 15 AMD shares (about 7% of my position) at 82 and used some of the cash to buy 2 Aug 105 calls at 3. The rest just went to reduce margin. Tim
