Barry....its a very real possibility that naz could recend the listing of coii.....johnstons civil fraud judgement is a violation of naz listing standards....i would think that the naz would not want the embarassment of johnstons past coming out in the press after trading on naz.....what kind of message would that send to the investing public that naz allows fraudsters that run public companies to trade on naz
