sam, Why doesn't RMBS make VIA -- never a RMBS/INTC fan -- the focus of my efforts to "settle once and for all" this patent mess. It's probably better to win a number of easier, smaller battles first. Then, after you have a reasonable number of players in the industry "admitting" that your patents are valid, you go after the big fish. Having the others in-line should help support your position, I would think. Dave
