Doug......I only give the update that I hear from people who are very close to the merger and acquisition arena. What I have been told is that Snelling is and has been actively shopping the shell around to many companies. I was told that they might make an announcememnt back in May hence my previous post regarding the issue. Obviously that did not happen. The most recent update I have is that there may be news coming out by Friday or Monday, sometime around the fourth holiday. I am not speculating only passing on what information I get to other SNLV investors just as others are passing on any information they have. I am very careful to say that this information is form what I deem very reliable sources, yet I do not make any warrants as to accuracy and whether they will actually occur or not. I hope that news is coming very shortly and I believe it will semding SNLV to a much higher trading range. I am infor the long haul waiting for a reverse merger. Lastly, I do not know if the news release will be regarding a reverse merger or just general news about negoatiations with one or several companies. I understand that the company wants to increase shareholder value through reverse merger in the very near future.
