WEDNESDAY JUNE 28, 2000 MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION SOURCE: National Health & Safety Corporation - Horsham, PA. REORGANIZATION PLAN RENEGOTIATION Due to the delays National Health & Safety Corp. ("the Company") has experienced in seeking the approval of the Disclosure Statement and related Reorganization Plan, the Company and the Co-proponents have entered into a renegotiation of terms. This renegotiation effort will restructure the capital contribution and work out a more viable business plan going forward. The changes in the plan will also form a stronger business relationship between National Health & Safety Corporation and MedSmart Healthcare Network, Inc. The Reorganization Plan restructuring has eliminated the previously envisioned reverse stock split. The overall result of this renegotiation and restructuring produces a simpler, more understandable Plan of Reorganization and builds a much stronger business base that will allow these Companies to grow profitably together. Both the Company and the Co-proponents believe the new Reorganization Plan provides a significant improvement for the creditors position and should also benefit the current shareholders.
