Not sure Doc, but other than month-end statements shouldn't matter. I have already removed TSP and TSD and replaced with TEF shares in my software package. Per the prospectus... When will I receive my Telefonica securities and any cash attributable to any fractional Telefonica security? Assuming these exchange offers are completed, we will deliver the Telefonica ADSs to be issued in exchange for properly tendered Telesp securities or Tele Sudeste securities within 10 business days after the expiration date of the applicable offer.
