OT-when i say head start, Telsp TCP & Telefonica TEF already has head start over the new band C gsm i mean most of the people who had anolog phones with the old telebras,in sao paulo/rio have now got digital why would they switch to gsm especially when cdma has data capacity advantages for the future. regrds bruce
