USSB is good for a trade into the teens, but do they OWN any DBS real estate?
NO...they lease it from GMH. What happens when that lease runs out?

When you buy DISH, your not only buying the fastest growing subscriber base, but also some of the highest powered DBS real estate in the sky, and this my friend is my point. Cash is tight now....but that will change and all it will take is a signature by DIS, MCIC, FON, TWX...whoever.....
