I have approached SI and have been organizing the necessary steps for this memorial. As yet, no conclusions have come about. I intend to post later today an explanation of what we may actually accomplish. PO box for funds has been arranged as of this am. Options of distributing funds will be announced and discussed. Federal tax ID # is in the works. Shootie
