He checked the numbers (on JPEI) and made some calls, the business alone is worth well over $2.00 a share (assuming O/S are correct). This is a "no brainer" , that's why Prechter and Comerica Bank are in for over 53 million dollars.

That is why I am pounding the table since .21875 and bought all the way up to .56.
