Hi there,
I have owned CUQ for a while now as well. It is definitely a long-termer. I think that their biggest problem is that they are too small to attract institutional money. The idea with listing in Toronto was to increase interest and coverage, and thereby increase volume.
I doubt that management is selling stock purchased with cheap options to box in the price, given their belief that there is significant upside left. A nice dividend would be great, but would be at the expense of their warchest.
