Reagan held the line against the communists. I consider him one of our best presidents because of it. If people got brutalized in the process then so be it. The future will tell if the ends were worth the means. Castro is the true gangster here. He's the one that "stood up" to America by bending down before communism. His biggest problem now seems to be keeping his people from joining those people in Miami that you characterize as "mafia".
