Burt, I can only reiterate the fact that we were surprised by this action. We just recently got ahold of the documents DEC filed and are working hard to digest the material. We can't say anything official until we fully understand DEC's complaint. We understand the need to generate a public position as soon as possible. I'll get abck to you when I can. For now, the message is: -- We are analyzing and reviewing the suit and plan to vigorously defend ourselves. -- We are surprised by the action, particularly given the long standing relationship between the two companies. regards, John Hull Intel Corp.
