Had to respond, it tickles me to no end that I agree with you 100%. This is just bare-knuckled, hard-nosed business. You simply must take every advantage and make advantages, whenever and wherever possible in a highly competitive business. Sorry for missing the Gresham reference, I don't get to read as much fiction as I would like and am not familiar with his works (I know that he wrote The Firm and similar novels but have not read them or even watched the movies).
