Interesting comments. I never really considered the corporate structure an issue, but would be interested in what others might say.

Obviously, the lack of liquidity and it being a small cap <$1 billion precludes some institutions. I believe even Heartland, e.g., states that <15% of their portfolio
can be in stocks they define as, and consider to be, "illiquid".
LDP probably falls in that category.
