I got my settlement check today for $163. Not bad considering my actual loss was only $14 on 200 shares held for only one day. I think I lucked out in that I had bought but not sold within the class period. I think it also helped that many people did not bother to file a claim. I'm still waiting for a settlement from a similar situation in Interactive Network.
