Hi Don Green; Actually, all that VIA stated was the obvious: If RDRAM becomes the mainstream technology, they will reconsider their so far complete rejection of it: VIA Technologies of Taiwan announced this Monday that it may shift support to the Rambus DRAM (RDRAM) specification from double data rate (DDR) DRAM specifications, if RDRAM becomes mainstream memory, Taiwan Economic News reported. No plot thickening. Yet. A plot thickening would be them signing an agreement with Rambus. -- Carl
