Does this article support the idea that Debeers/Mono are trying to keep a cap on the growing Canadian diamond industry for its own monopoly? It appears so because what world class company can search for 40 years and find nothing as did Debeers in Canada? In addition doesn't Kensington have a Debeers dude on the helm? I wonder if thats good or bad?
