I just realized that there is a difference between the mini and the regular in that the mini continues to trade from 9:15 through 9:30. That could present a difference in my view of pre open top times .. Right now it looks to me that times are shifted slightly so that tops and bottoms are running late by ten to 15 min. (the 8AM was ~20 min late) Overseas monies this AM show the desire to get out of town ..
