SEDONA Forms Strategic Alliance With A D S Financial Services Solutions
Alliance Agreement Extends ADS Consulting Services To SEDONA Customers
LIMERICK, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 29, 2000-- SEDONA© Corporation (NASDAQ: SDNA - news; www.SEDONAcorp.com) today announced an agreement with A D S Financial Services Solutions(TM) to jointly market and deliver a solution comprised of SEDONA's customer relationship management (CRM) products and ADS' CRM consulting services.
ADS and Sedona, as part of their first joint engagement, are implementing SEDONA's Intarsia(TM) CRM solution. The addition of the ADS team provides Sedona with expanded capacity to rapidly deliver solutions to clients.
Going forward, the two companies plan cooperative efforts, such as joint customer presentations and cross training of sales forces. In addition to product installation and customization, SEDONA will leverage ADS' CRM consulting practice to supplement its existing Customer Care capabilities.
